**The Role**

As our Marketing Assistant, you will work within the Air Marketing Services team to assist with the delivery of marketing activity and projects for clients and internally for Air Marketing (Air). This will include; demand generation, digital online marketing, offline marketing, branding and ad hoc marketing projects. You may at times be required to attend face to face client meetings and liaise with clients over the phone.

You will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring every potential client and current client have a positive impression of Air. You will also be expected to deliver the work requested by the client effectively and efficiently. You will have a direct impact on client satisfaction and the retention of clients, therefore it is important you are actively mindful of your commercial impact on Air.

**Responsibilities**

Social Media:

- To create social media content to a high level, choosing appropriate imagery keeping in mind the key audience for the client and the objectives to be achieved.
- Monitor social media activity and be ahead of the curve, planning content that will be engaging and successful for the client on their social platforms.
- To manage the personal LinkedIn of key stakeholders within our clients’ businesses. This could include posting on their behalf, utilising credits to encourage followers to company pages and connecting and engaging on their behalf.

Website:

- To use the CMS system for ourselves and our clients to publish content and update website content as required.
- The Marketing Assistant will be required to work closely with third-party designers, developers or suppliers for any activity that they own to achieve client goals. All third-party liaison should be managed professionally and to the best of the Marketing Assistant’s ability to achieve the best outcome for Air and their clients. You will also be required to follow the process for managing this.

HubSpot:

- Qualification in Marketing, communications or a related field
- Offline and online marketing experience
- Ability to communicate confidently and precisely (verbally and written) with team members, other departments, key stakeholders and clients
- Exceptional relationship building skills (whether it be over the phone or face to face)
- Competency using a range of softwares and platforms
- A positive and optimistic outlook within a fast-paced environment effectively
- High levels of professionalism
