**Working pattern**
- Days of work may include: Saturday or Sunday with scheduled hours during the week making the role full time.
**The Individual**
**The Role**
- Learn and accurately maintain administrative systems already in place to manage and track customer orders
- Establish customer contact strategy for pre-ordered products, product support and ongoing analysis using our contact ticketing system.
- Creating tickets to track potential sales to conversion
- Helping to analyse online listings and competitor listings to compete
- Working as part of the team to develop ideas to improve processes and strategies, pulling these together to present to MD for approval.
- Develop and manage relationships with new and returning customers by telephone, including dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Maintain and grow wholesaler and supplier relationships, including any day to day administrative tasks
- Taking telephone orders and accurately inputting data
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northwich, CW9 6FY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Camping or Caravanning: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
