Salary**:£27,480 per year rising to £28,296 after successful completion of 9-month probation and 12 months continuous service**
Contract**:Permanent / Full Time, 39 hours per week**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a new Social Media & Digital Coordinator to join our small, friendly Communications Team within Hestia. This position is Full Time and hybrid working is available.
**About the Role**:
As the new Social Media & Digital Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering effective digital content and campaigns in order to raise the national profile of Hestia, increase web traffic and engage users to become donors, employees and supporters in our work.
Other aspects of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Working with wider teams to utilise mediums including video, audio, written copy and case studies, and marketing materials
- Working with external cross-sector partners to deliver in-person promotional activities, such as events, conferences, roundtables and product launches.
- Drive brand awareness and engage new and existing audiences through cross-channel marketing activities
- Regular monitoring and reporting key digital metrics
**About you**:
- Experience of creating and editing video content using Adobe/iMovie software
- Ability to create engaging graphic content using Adobe/Canva software
- In-depth knowledge and experience of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics, social media
- Expert knowledge, experience and confidence in developing and delivering creative social media campaigns across a wide variety of channels
- Powerful storyteller for written communications
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload and work under pressure.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to meet targets, manage budgets and deliver regular outcomes reports
- Photography and Videography skills along with an Interest in Government Affairs/Policy is desirable
