We organize workshops on various innovation management, HR and Marketing topics around the world, as well as an annual Innovation Roundtable Summit in Copenhagen attended by 700 innovators. We are looking for volunteers to help us at our **workshop in London on June 11th. Topic of the workshop is: Generative AI: Innovation, Culture & Future-Ready Leadership You will work closely with our Event Manager and complete various tasks necessary for a successful event to run smoothly. **Your key responsibilities will be to**: - Prepare rooms for various meetings during the day - Collect notes and forms from all the rooms - Keep track of stock in various rooms (pens, papers, forms) - Help with check-in - Provide attendees with the information they need - Other ad hoc tasks **We offer**: - Possibility to attend the exclusive presentations during the workshop and hear insights from companies/institutions such as **Google, **Shell, Amazon, Haleon, Kone, SONY, Goldsmiths University**: - Hands-on experience with "behind the scenes" of a successful event - Young and fun team to work with - Lunch - Covered travel expenses - Participation Certificate upon request **Required qualifications**: - Attention to details - Availability to work up to 10 hours - Fluency in English - A can-do attitude - Studying for a Bachelor’s or Master's degree is a plus
