With a small team of volunteers, adding a dedicated event organizer strengthens reach, professionalism and visibility. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate SNF events by managing venues, dates, invites, exhibition stands, sourcing quotes and handling logistics to ensure smooth and professional events. Own venue liaison, dates, invites, exhibition stands and practical arrangements to keep events running smoothly and reflect our standards. Support long‑term goals: strengthen partner relationships, create more mentor‑mentee touchpoints, increase awareness across the community, improve attendee experience, enable participation in external events. What We’re Looking For Organised, proactive, detail‑focused, confident communicating with venues, suppliers and partners. Strong organisational skills essential: prioritise, follow up and close tasks. Good written communication for invites, confirmations and coordination. At least 3 years experience in events, admin, project coordination or marketing an asset but not required. Independent but collaborative with founder, communications volunteer and trustees or partners. Adaptable, solutions‑driven, ready to sort issues quickly. Digital confidence: email, spreadsheets, shared drives, invite tools, virtual platforms; Canva bonus but not essential. Passion for a mission that supports lower‑income backgrounds and a commitment to polished, professional presentation. What You’ll Be Doing The volunteer will coordinate SNF events by liaising with venues, securing dates, organising invites and managing attendee lists. They’ll source exhibition stands, suppliers and giveaways, gather quotes, and handle logistics to ensure SNF shows up professionally at workshops, partner events and exhibitions, working closely with the founder and communications volunteer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
