**Purpose of role**:

- To support client satisfaction with company’s products and service
- To respond to customers and supplier’s enquiries
- Implement the processing and fulfilment of orders and customer enquiries
- Support the process of resolving customer complaints
- Inputting accurate data to SAGE 300
- Support the creation and implementation of tracking systems
- Carrying out fundamental finance tasks
- Assist Office Manager and Customer Service and Purchasing Supervisor with any Office Administrative duties

**Main Duties**:
**_Sales_**
- To implement accurate processing of customer orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales
- To ensure customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales
- Support with solving customers’ problems
- Raising sales invoices and delivery notes
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

**_Purchasing_**
- Implement the purchase of products
- Support the process between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers
- Following up outstanding orders

**_Admin_**
- Manage phone calls and correspondences
- Organising and keeping filing systems up to date

**_Systems_**
- Update tracking sheets regularly
- Accurate inputting to SAGE 300
- Support implementation of Quality and Environment Systems.

**_Finance_**
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Sending Customer Invoices and monthly statements
- Reconciliation of supplier statements

**_Requirements_**

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience within an administrator role
- A positive attitude and works well with a team
- Development and implementation of new processes/procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge in the automotive industry would be good, but this is not essential
- Ideally an administrative qualification, but not mandatory
