This role is offered as a full time, temporary role for a period of up to 12 months to cover Family Leave, and is based in Cornwall.
In our blended approach to hybrid working, we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office in Cornwall, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location - however, you must be based in the UK)'
**You'll help us by**:
**Product Information Provision (“Live” partners)**
Developing an understand of what product and imagery information Seasalt have in our systems that 3rd party partners can utilise, working with key stakeholders to ensure this is maintained and any additions are added once signed off.
Providing product data to partners (including to 3PL partners), in line with their individual requirements/ customisations, to timing agreed with partners and internal teams. Ensuring that data is accurate, and maintained when changes are made to assortments or products. Escalating data quality/availability issues to internal teams, as required, to ensure that all data is available to partners.
**Product Information Flow (New Partners)**
Working with the Marketplace Operations Team Leader, establish the data requirements of new partners, and develop Seasalt’s capability to provide this.
**Partner monitoring**
Monitoring the websites of partners to understand what items are live, and check that all descriptions/data are as expected. Communicate observations to the colleagues in Channel Merchandising and Partner Account Management teams
**Communication**
Building strong links with internal 3rd Party partner team and internal departments, who are part of the product data and imagery cycle - photography, merch, marketing and buying. Also, links with external 3rd Party partner teams as required.
**The skills you'll be sharing with the team**:
- Previous administrative experience and organisational skills
- Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good analysis skills, able to interpret data
- Good Excel skills, able to work data, knowledge of formulas
- Keen interest in fashion/apparel and omnichannel retailing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage own priorities and workload, delivering within deadlines
- Dedication to developing self, team and role being honest and respectful
- Professional and able to give/receive constructive feedback
- Flexible/adaptable
