**The Role**
- Partner with UK exec & business sponsors to understand their pain points and ambitions and broaden their thoughts on how data can support their goals.
- Partner with Commercial Directors and the UK Data Exec Forum to ensure UK data resources are driving the largest benefits, and data products are embedded and realise their true potential
- Lead virtual teams (including business stakeholders and sponsors) that deliver data products in a way that aligns to the goals of the UK Data Exec Forum and our data transformation strategy
- Champion agile working with the aim to optimise the value created in the least amount of time and continue to iteratively deliver value at pace
- Develop a clear & transparent roadmap of UK initiatives
- ensure the UK Board & all business stakeholders are kept informed and their expectations are managed.
- Facilitate & support UK business domains taking responsibility for the delivery of non-operational data initiatives.

**The Experience**

**Essential Skills**:

- Product development experience, with proven ability of leading data product teams.
- Ability to capture complex ideas and distil them into simple accurate representations that can be easily understood across all levels of the wider organisation.
- Brilliant communicator, able to inspire and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in agile techniques, product management and delivery for data products
- Experience working with data management SMEs, engineers, analysts, data scientists to develop data products
- Proven leader and manager with strong commercial, strategic and problem-solving skills.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in a similar retail or healthcare environment
