**Role Description**:
As a Customer Service Call Centre Agent you will be required to resolve customer queries within an existing customer base.

The role is predominately outbound; however there will be some elements of inbound calls.

The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying customer needs, clarifying all information, and providing solutions to any issues raised.

We require an individual who has experience within a Customer Service environment who can adhere to company script guidelines and KPI targets.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Complete welcome calls as part of our customer management strategy, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer service outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner, to assist clients with their paperwork or any queries they may have.
- Handle objections creating a positive outcome
- Secure opt-ins for future marketing communications
- Gather insights to drive up-selling and cross selling opportunities.

As a company, we maintain a high level of service to all our customers, ensuring we adhere to a soft approach to introduce new products and services that are available.

**Specifications Required**:

- Customer service experience is essential
- Call Centre experience preferred (however, full training provided)
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
- Strong telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling times.
- Ambitious / Enthusiastic / Motivated to achieve and exceed Targets
- Excellent Time Keeping and organisational skills
- Positive /can do attitude

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
