As an Agent, you take our award-winning service directly to our customers’ door and bring to life the Northgate experience. You don’t necessarily need any previous experience to join our team as an agent, just a ‘can-do’ attitude and the confidence to deliver a great service with a smile (plus, a full UK or EU driving licence too). Experience of working within an office environment would be beneficial

**Life as an agent with Northgate Vehicle Hire**

A day in the life of an agent is fast-paced and physical - most of your day you will be face to face with customers, dealing with Rental queries, occasionally delivering and collecting vehicles for your customers. As an agent, you play an integral role in enabling us to consistently provide the** first-class experience** customers’ demand, and, when you need support, there’s a great team back at branch ready to help.
