**Top 70 law firm seek an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their rapidly growing team, handling non-contentious construction law on behalf of some of the firm's largest clients.**

The Firm

This is a very exciting opportunity to work for a long-established, Top 70 law firm who specialise in providing legal services to businesses and private individuals, both in the UK and internationally. The firm pride themselves on their collegial-style cultureand their ambitious growth strategy, which seeks to attract and retain some of London's top talent in upcoming years.

The Opportunity

You will work on behalf of a range of clients in the construction sector including developers, project funders and contractors, spanning multiple industry sectors, to include hotel, energy, infrastructure, and transport.

Across the department the work handled is c.60% non-contentious and 40% contentious, however this role is predominately focused on non-contentious construction law, to include:

- Drafting contracts, agreements, consultant appointments, deeds of priority
- Information gathering, analysis, interpretation and reviewing of contracts
- Negotiating lease agreements, developer agreements, procurement and funding
- Advising on a range of standard form construction contracts
- Occasionally assisting on contentious matters including ADR, quality of build claims and construction insolvency

**Requirements**:

- Between 2 - 4 years' PQE in construction law
- Experience in dealing with large sized funders and developers
- A broad technical grounding in real estate
