Their Construction team is led by a distinguished partner, a former chairman of the Society of Construction Law and a recognised thought leader in the field. The department handles both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including international arbitration, providing an excellent platform for a solicitor looking to develop their career in a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join a leading team in the City of London. The role will include: Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Handling client onboarding, attending meetings, and maintaining client relationships. Reviewing client documents, conducting legal research, and advising on construction law matters. Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, collateral warranties, and professional appointments. Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including adjudication, mediation, and arbitration. Engaging in marketing and business development activities to enhance the firm's construction practice. Requirements: A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years PQE. Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. Strong communication skills. A proactive and commercial approach.
