Making A Difference as A Directorate Assistant

To help us achieve this we are looking for three Directorate Assistants to provide administrative support to the Assistant Directors within People’s Services in the Integrated Health & Social Care and Children’s Services directorates. These roles are part of the Executive Support Management Team, which is a centralised team that provides professional administrative support to the wider leadership team, to ensure they can maximise the efficient use of their time.
These posts provide an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who possess excellent organisation, communication and people skills, with the ability to balance and prioritise a busy workload and who will undertake a range of clerical duties to support the service.
