**The company**
Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide.
Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is a Static position based in the cowleyarea, working on a Commercial contract
The engineering team comprises of 24/7 shift Engineers, day shift Engineers, Engineering Supervisors, on-site Engineering Admin for scheduling and works assignment, centralised Helpdesk for reactive call handling/logging.
Working a continental shift pattern, 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off, 12 hours shifts from 7am-7pm, and 7pm to 7am - there is also an on call,
**The role**
Reporting to the working supervisor (Direct Labour) this role will entail:

- High standard of planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Able to carry out planned and corrective maintenance works.
- Able to produce accurate reports on works carried out.
- M&E bias Maintenance

Responsibilities include:

- City & Guilds craft certificate/ONC etc. (Mechanical or electrical)
- Training certificate to IEE 18th Edition ideal
- Training courses appropriate to work area.
- Two years post apprenticeship experience in similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Building Services.
- C&G 2391 or equivalent desirable If electrical
