CNC Turner - Weekend & Night Shift Opportunities

Position: CNC Turner
Shift Options:
Weekend Shift: Saturday to Monday
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday Contract Length: 6 or 12 Months (both options available)

We are seeking experienced CNC Turners to join a high-performing engineering team, with opportunities available on both weekend and night shifts. Successful candidates will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC machinery, delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components. This role requires strong Mazatrol programming experience and the ability to work independently on advanced turning centres.

Program, set, and operate Mazak Quick Turn (QT250) , Mazak Integrex , or Mazak QT Primos 150 machines (depending on shift requirements).
Work from engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components.
Carry out machine setup, tooling adjustments, and offsets to maintain machining accuracy.
Conduct quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools to ensure components meet tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues, optimising processes for efficiency and precision.
Proven hands-on experience with Mazak Quick Turn , Mazak Integrex , Mazak QT Primos 150 , or Mazak QT250 machines.
Strong CNC turning knowledge and proficiency in Mazatrol programming .
Flexibility to work exclusively on weekend or night shift patterns.
