CNC Turner - Weekend & Night Shift OpportunitiesPosition: CNC TurnerShift Options:Weekend Shift: Saturday to MondayNight Shift: Monday to ThursdayContract Length: 6 or 12 Months (both options available)OverviewWe are seeking experienced CNC Turners to join a high-performing engineering team, with opportunities available on both weekend and night shifts. Successful candidates will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC machinery, delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components. This role requires strong Mazatrol programming experience and the ability to work independently on advanced turning centres.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set, and operate Mazak Quick Turn (QT250), Mazak Integrex, or Mazak QT Primos 150 machines (depending on shift requirements).Work from engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components.Carry out machine setup, tooling adjustments, and offsets to maintain machining accuracy.Conduct quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools to ensure components meet tolerances.Troubleshoot machining issues, optimising processes for efficiency and precision.Maintain safe working practices and comply with all health & safety procedures.Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to support continuous improvement activities.Required Experience & SkillsProven hands-on experience with Mazak Quick Turn, Mazak Integrex, Mazak QT Primos 150, or Mazak QT250 machines.Strong CNC turning knowledge and proficiency in Mazatrol programming.Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Flexibility to work exclusively on weekend or night shift patterns.Interested candidates are invited to get in touch to discuss further
