**Position Overview**

This role also involves monitoring and engaging with our social media channels, ensuring our brand is represented professionally online. There is significant opportunity for earning commission on large sales, rewarding high performers for their contributions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor, respond to, and escalate customer feedback and comments on social media in line with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and send invoices using company systems.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order tracking.
- Support the sales process, identifying upsell opportunities and referring potential leads.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer orders are processed smoothly and on time.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and scheduling.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and customer outreach when required.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, especially within the cannabis and CBD packaging sector.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration, office work, or sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in the The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Comfortable using and monitoring social media channels for business purposes.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Comfortable working within the cannabis and CBD industry — prior knowledge or experience is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

**How to Apply**

Pay: £12.50-£25.00 per hour
