Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of work will be:

Mondays - Fridays

8 am - 4pm

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Deliver professional communication verbally and in writing.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
  • Utilize our systems ensuring accurate data entry
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • The provision of the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
  • All the skills and abilities required to work in a busy environment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with clerical duties including typing, filing, and managing correspondence is essential.
  • Previous experience as an administrator and / or receptionist is a preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
