An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of DCHS Hotel Services team.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will become an active member of our team working closely with other disciplines.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn and to develop themselves.
Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and wants to make a difference to our patients’ experience and who demonstrates values and personal qualities that support the DCHS way of working.
To provide a high quality domestic service to Cavendish Hospital working within a ward and outpatient departments and provide cover when needed to various High Peak Clinics
Working as part of a team in ensuring a clean and safe environment is maintained for patients, staff and visitors following agreed work schedules, methods and procedures in accordance with the National Standards of Cleanliness.
The post holder will be required to have a flexible approach and be prepared to work on other sites should service demands dictate.
To play an integral part in delivering outstanding patient care at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust (DCHS).
Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes and, increasingly, in people’s own homes and via virtual consultations.
During the pandemic response we have led the implementation of public vaccination centres in collaboration with partners across health and social care.
