Part Time Office Administrator

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain financial records using Xero and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Answer phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls as necessary.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Utilise Microsoft 365 software for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members.
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory and ordering as needed.
- Support management with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerised systems including Microsoft 365 and Xero is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated clerical skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines is advantageous.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
