**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our front of house, making it an essential position within our hospitality environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menu information and recommendations to guests, taking orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary and support catering events as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Bartending skills would be an advantage for those interested in beverage service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.84-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
