As a result of an internal move, we are now looking to appoint a **Master Scheduler** to support our operations from our plant in **Warwick, UK (CV34 6TF)**.

The Master Scheduler will have overall ownership of the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process for the Plant, determining short and long term operational capacity requirements to meet customer demands. They will manage the accuracy and integrity of the master data within the ERP system to optimise all aspects of materials and inventory management, as well as providing and managing KPI's and Business Information to local and senior leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

The Master Scheduler will be responsible for:

- Demand Management: Managing the monthly S&OP cycle, analysing complex forecast data and creating sales and operation plans for the plant.
- Master Scheduling: Ensuring the master production schedule is created for all value streams and working proactively with planners.
- ERP System: Managing the accuracy and integrity of all master data in the ERP system.
- New Part Setup: Ensuring new materials are set up correctly in the ERP system.
- Inventory Management: Managing and optimising inventory to meet financial and operational targets.
- Materials Management: Managing product segmentation, lead times, planning parameters to optimize all aspects of materials management.
- Business Information: Providing and updating necessary KPI's and Business Information required by local teams, local leadership and senior leadership outside of Plant.
- Continuous Improvement: Working with all stakeholders to support process efficiency improvements and optimization, supporting the business and supply chain projects.
- Management: Deputising for Manager as required with presentations, reports and meetings.

**Background & Skills**:
To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Degree qualification in supply chain management or similar relevant qualification. Detailed experience of success within a similar role will be considered in lieu of qualification.
- Understanding of all aspects of supply chain management and materials management
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and demand management / forecasting tools. Experience working with SAP S/4 Hana, Anaplan or similar would be advantageous.
- Ability to foster positive working relationships with stakeholders and reports both internally within plant and across the wider Danfoss business
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite
