Join us and help keep the nation's critical networks connected and protected 24/7. What you’ll do: Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare weekly look‑ahead plans, dashboards, and Planned vs Actual reports. Review activity sequencing/phasing, durations, resources, and safety requirements with the operational teams to ensure buildable programmes are developed, understood by the team, and submitted to the Internal Project Teams in line with contractual timescales. Assist the development of schedules at different stages of the lifecycle, analysing and documenting inter‑departmental and intra‑departmental business process flows. Produce tender plans to aid bids and work with operations to ensure the best opportunity is presented. Provide project performance measurement and reporting. Support cost loading, resource allocation, and work bank maintenance. Who you are: Someone who has gained some Project Planning experience and is looking to build on this. You assist in the development of schedules at different stages of the lifecycle and can analyse and document business process flows. Key Requirements: Proficiency in Primavera P6. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Track project milestones, update progress, and flag delays or risks. Understanding of planning, schedule management, and change control. Ability to interpret contractor plans and integrate them into master schedules. Ideally have experience within the Rail or Telecoms sector.
