**The Company**
A career defining opportunity for a Head of eDiscovery is now available at this leading international Legal Professional Services group which operates in Europe, Asia and the Middle East and boasts a strong track record of delivering high quality services toa blue-chip portfolio of clients in some of the fastest growing markets in the world. You will lead the firm’s eDiscovery business ensuring the provision of high-quality consulting and technical advice to our lawyers, along with having the remit to grow thebusiness, extending provision of its services across the group.

**Key Responsibilities** of the Head of eDiscovery
- Execute and evolve the strategic vision for the firm’s eDiscovery consultancy function
- Provide high level consultancy services to clients and lawyers on effective litigation management
- Mange and provide leadership within the team to develop staff members in a professional manner and allow for growth opportunities within the firm
- Responsible for the execution and ongoing evolution of the department’s business plan
- Work collaboratively with the legal teams to establish the most suitable practices that meet a client’s needs by working closely with them and prioritising any foreseeable issues that may arise across projects
- To be recognised as a leading individual in the industry and the face of the firm’s eDiscovery function including establishing and maintaining a strong market presence throughparticipating in conferences and thought leadership exercises

**Skills & Attributes** of the Head of eDiscovery
- A minimum of five years’ consulting or litigation support management, with experience in a top tier law firm or consulting firm
- A professional background in the electronic disclosure industry, while having the relevant team leadership skills to manage the team and continue to build and grown the service offering
- Thorough technical understanding of litigation support and electronic disclosure technologies including industry processing and forensic tools
- Able to effectively lead a diverse and inclusive team and support the career development of individuals
