A leading challenger bank is seeking a talented Senior or Lead Analysts to join the business as part of a fast-paced and quick-growth commercial strategy team sitting within their broader Analytics function. If your favorite part of your job is manipulatingand analysing large datasets and coming up with recommendations, then delivering this to a variety of stakeholders in a persuasive manner then this role may be for you.

**THE ROLE**:
Working across one of the largest UK's biggest banking brands you will have the chance to utilise your strong SAS skill set to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data and drive commercially driven decisions. You can expect to be involved with a varietyof different projects, from new product strategy to pricing and score cut-off changes, campaign segmentation and even Fraud. Your role will include a significant amount of delivering insight and recommendations to internal stakeholders across the business,and you will be given the chance to lead these engagements from early on.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Educated to a degree level in a numerate discipline (mathematics, statistics, economics)
- Proven experience in an Analytics environment (ideally with a strategic focus), using data to drive decisions
- Experience delivering MI or management reports is required
- Comfortable working with SAS with large data sets (hundreds of thousands, millions of rows)
- Proven numerical and verbal reasoning skills
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Passionate about a career driving insight in Financial Services and Lending
