So please come as you are - we can't wait to meet you. **Where in the world of OVO will I be working?** **What will I be doing?** The Workday Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible and focused on identifying automation and integration opportunities with key emphasis on data accuracy and governance principles. Key activities will be around the development and maintenance of technical configuration such as integrations, Prism, Prism security and roadmap whilst occasionally supporting the functional SMEs on the broader HCM modules within Workday. A fantastic opportunity to help shape the vision and development of the technical products Workday offers. Key responsibilities include: - Responsible for developing and maintaining integration solutions for the cloud based Workday HCM system whilst ensuring security of information at all times - Finding opportunities for process improvement utilizing the Workday integration platform toolset (i.e. Boomerang integrations) - Provide troubleshooting support for functional and technical production issues, including coordinating with external suppliers and internal teams. - Collaborating with functional and technical partners to optimize business processes (Embedded Analytics, insights on business processes usage) - SME for Cross Applications such as Prism, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, Security and developing roadmaps and the "art of the possible" a key focus on data integrity/governance/quality - Support configuration design and development: Data Structure, Business Process and Role design with focus on data integrity **Is this the job for me?** - Significant experience and working knowledge of Workday, with strong exposure to Advanced Reporting, EIBs, Core Connectors, Prism and Workday Security Framework. - Technical aptitude and advanced Excel required (Power Query, Visual Basic) - Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle, cloud computing, web services, APIs and associated integration challenges - Experience with XML, XPath, XSLT - Experience working with different file formats (CSV, JSON) and character encodings (UTF-8, ASCII) - Strong data tooling experience; experience with data conversion, data mining, and data loading is essential (SQL knowledge preferred) - Experience of a high level programming language (i.e. Python, JavaScript, C#) - Familiarity with file transfer protocols and industry standard file encryption methods - HR functional knowledge - Critical thinker with the ability to analyze, identify and resolve gaps - Experience working within a fast moving project environment would be an advantage - Able to uphold the highest degree of data confidentiality - Able to communicate technical information in a simple way **Brilliant benefits for a world-changing team** Our people are at the heart of Plan Zero.
