**Etex are currently for a brand new, exciting opportunity for a Data Specialist (Technical Team) to join the Building Performance Team**
**Bristol**
**£30,000 - £40,000 Depending on Experience**
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting into the Technical Manager, the Data Specialist will be responsible for providing high quality data support to the Technical Development and Technical Services Teams.
**Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to**:
- Work with technical colleagues to validate data and integrate new compliance requirements as they become part of new industry regulations.
- Work with marketing colleagues to structure data in formats appropriate for customer consumption (via PIM and website, or direct)
- Prepare data for supply to customers and 3rd party platforms, using automation where possible.
- Support technical development and testing team in creating and capturing new or modified construction product related data
- Data entry, maintenance, and improvement of our product/system testing database(s)
- Create reporting dashboards and perform simple data analysis and insight (desirable, not essential)
- Work with group IT to best use available tools and technology, representing our needs on development when required
- Capture and develop additional data and database requirements
**What you’ll bring**:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using computer systems (ideally SAP)
- Experience in a similar position, managing data
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage workload
**_It would be an advantage, but is not essential, if you also have:_**
- Construction industry exposure
- PowerBI familiarity
- Salesforce familiarity
