Pinnacle Property Management Ltd, the best in residential and commercial block management is seeking an enthusiastic Property Management Assistant who will support the Property Managers in the effective management of their property portfolios by providingefficient and accurate administrative support for the day-to-day operations of each assigned block or development.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Property Management Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance requirements of a block or development.
- Deal with flat owners/tenants’ queries verbally and in written form demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Create works orders, in response to enquiries, with authorisation from the property manager if the works are deemed to be complex or costly.
- Deal with on-site staff issues in the first instance and pass on to Branch Manager.
- Circulate information to residents concerning management issues.
- Liaise with insurance brokers on existing and new claims.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets for a small portfolio of properties.
- Deal with any other property issues that may arise within the team.

The key skills and qualities of a Property Management Assistant are:
- Well-presented and courteous to clients at all times.
- Must have passed Part 1 IRPM exam or be willing to study for the next available intake to develop skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
