**Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours)**

**Location: 1 Belgrave, Middleway, Birmingham, B5 7AJ**

**Salary: £23,478**

**Hours of Work: 42 Hours (Working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, Between 7pm and 7am)**

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
- Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement
- Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
- Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
