Role Purpose
You will manage support functions essential to Distribution productivity. These include sales planning, sales reporting, generating insight to maximise sales, key metric setting and management, sales process optimisation, sales remuneration design and ongoing administration.

Key Responsibilities Maintain a strong understanding of the UK Financial Services landscape and use this to provide input, leadership, and direction to the Distribution strategy Provide senior leadership utilising insightful MI to highlight leads/opportunities/issues Build and manage the sales budget on behalf of Distribution leadership Manage cost budgets to ensure good cost management across Distribution Devise and implement competitive sales incentive plans Continue to develop the sales training framework, coordination and governance Motivate, manage, develop and engage your team to deliver great performance

Essential Criteria Financial Services Experience and supporting qualifications People/Performance Management Experience A strong understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within Financial Services Experience with Policy Authoring/Report Writing Consultancy skills in defining business needs, researching and designing solutions Analytical and thoughtful approach to design and delivery

Desirable Criteria Accountancy/Actuarial experience preferred Environmental awareness - awareness of changing economic, social and governmental environment likely to affect the job or the organisation.
