**The Role**

The Operations Co-Ordinator is responsible for gathering and establishing business requirements for relevant activities and co-ordinating delivery of these activities across the organisation. This includes organising and chairing meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and fully documenting all work in detail. The Operations Co-ordinator is also responsible for systems audits across the business as well as maintaining integrations with our third party suppliers.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Liaising with colleagues and third parties to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Work with the Management Team to identify solutions to problems, to identify risks to the success of projects and to ensure business deadlines are met
- Complete and maintain any necessary documentation related to processes and procedures.
- Conduct system audits
- Maintain integrations with third party suppliers, such as aggregators.
- Work with colleagues to discuss solutions to problems and agree on techniques and timescales to be implemented.
- UAT of all change throughout the business, which includes back office and websites
- Effectively plan, document and organise own workload in consultation with line manager, in order to achieve and exceed service targets/standards.
- Communicate to all levels within the company regarding business issues and risks.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong initiative, forward thinking and problem solving
- Business awareness and in particular the regulatory requirements and background driving our processes and customer interactions.

**Experience of project co-ordination/management and business analysis with the ability for planning and forecasting**
- Ideally, experienced in insurance products and insurance software house systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Have the flexibility to cope with deadlines
- Experience of the UK Financial Services industry
