Regional Service Co-ordinator Do you want to be an integral part of a successful operational region? We are looking for a trusted and dependable team player, who can develop this role to provide support to all levels within the region, from Regional Manager to service specialists. Key Skills Make decisions autonomously Broad minded approach Good Relationship Building Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time Reporting to the Regional Manager, key tasks will include but not limited to: Working closely with the RMs/DMs to support our field based staff and both our internal and external customers Attend high profile customer meetings Manage new customer Rollouts within the region First point of contact for all queries, then agree communication and escalation as required Manage app compliance and access to portals for the region Manage work availability/cover Manage Job racks Manage Follow ups and trackers Minute meetings/HR Cover for District Managers Assist DM on safety compliance We welcome applications from people fleeing the situation in Ukraine.
