Riverway Foods, are currently looking for a Training Co-Ordinator to join their team in Harlow.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all new starters receive the best on-boarding experience and colleagues training is reviewed. updated and logged throughout their time with the business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Coordinating the delivery of the company induction programme in partnership with line managers for all new colleagues in line with CPC Group standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training completed and plan and book when further training is required. Internal and external training providers will need to be communicated with.
- Work closely with operations to support with ‘on the job’ training and establish if additional training is required
- Working with HRBP and Group LD Manager to ensure training is cost effective and within budget

**Previous Experience**:
Experience of Manufacturing environment desirable

12 months plus experience in an LD environment with either a training qualification or looking to develop their qualifications

Salary up to £27,000 role is Monday to Friday with a degree of flexibility needed to meet the business needs.
