Live Tour Promotions are experts in live consumer events, since 2017 touring National & International Events. From the original concept through to design and management of a range of consumer events - including large scale music festivals, food & drink festivals, theatre tours, touring music brands and conferences.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team within our ever-growing events company.

The role is ideally suited to someone looking for the first step in the marketing industry.

You will be joining a dynamic team with work that may fall outside the standard working hours due to the nature of the business and role, to help eliminate this we are looking for a very organised person who can work independently but also within a team environment.

**Reports to**: Marketing Manager

**Job Purpose**:

- Settle Ticketing enquiries
- Monitor social media profiles
- Playing an active and key role in supporting the marketing team on a cross section of events.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Previous Experience in using social media for business preferred but not essential.
- To be able to work towards tight deadlines, sometimes on a reactive basis due to the nature of the industry.

**Hours**: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm

Location: Portsmouth Office Based, not a remote working role.

Pay dependent upon experience

Full-time hours: 40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
