**The Role;**
- To produce significant projects: live events, virtual events and exhibitions, delivering the highest quality service to all MPG clients
- To manage and develop client relationships
- Demonstrate leadership and people management skills by effectively managing teams of MPG employees and freelancers
- Ensure MPG Health and Safety procedures are followed; by developing safety plans, risk assessments, hazard identification and control strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and latest technology. To bring new ideas and energy to the role

**About you;**

Your key skills and experience should include;
- Excellent client management skills
- Commercial awareness
- Innovative and creative approach to project management
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with Audio Visual and Broadcast equipment and set design
- Strong commitment to H&S
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare engaging and creative quotations
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office & Apple Software
- Planning and organizational skills - excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinker and solutions driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
