**The Firm**
Our award-winning top tier client is looking to recruit an Office and IP Assistant for their Bath office.
**The Opportunity**
- Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
- Meeting and greeting clients into the office
- Dealing with the post/couriers
- Setting up meeting room in advance of clients arriving
- Supervising recycling collections
- Keeping communal areas/meeting room clean and tidy
- Updating company documents when required
- Replacing toners in printers when required
- Scanning documents when required
- Ordering/monitoring the kitchen and stationery supplies
- Ensuring the meeting room is clean and tidy at all times
- Monitoring calendars daily for visitors due in the next day
- Holding the Accident Book for Cardiff
- Performing emergency light testing
- Preparing travel requests
This is full time role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm.

- A positive, hard-working and conscientious attitude
- Strong attention to detail, producing accurate work
