If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a professional environment, we want to hear from youContract Type: TemporaryHourly Rate: From £12.60Working Pattern: Full TimeLocation: Kingsmead, Bath (just a 13-minute walk from Bath Spa train station)Duties and Responsibilities:Professional Client Engagement: Represent client with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone.Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.Document Handling: File and retrieve documents within our established filing system, ensuring everything is organised and accessible.Courier Coordination: Manage the booking and receipt of courier items with precision.Archive Processing: Process archive files and track signature movements using our onsite computer systems.Additional Tasks: Assist with any other duties as required by the Operations Manager or Client.Who Are We Looking For?Is a proactive communicator, comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues.Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.Is adaptable and ready to take on new challenges as they arise.To apply, send your CV to register your interestOffice Angels is an employment agency.
