**Support Engineer, Mac, Windows, Jamf, AWS**

**We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join a ground-breaking Oxfordshire based Scientific R&D company The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd / 3rd line support to my client’s MacOS and Windows environment.

**The Role**

The Support Engineer with join a small IT support team, responsible for supporting and maintaining my clients overall infrastructure. Working within a MacOS and Windows environment, the Support Engineer will provide user support to approximately 200 users,take ownership of the companies IT Infrastructure across multiple sites and be responsible for on-barding new employees. The Support Engineer with have their work cut out, as this rapidly expanding company is set to double in size over the next year.

**What’s required of the Support Engineer?**

Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, the successful Support Engineers technical experience and abilities will include:

- Experience providing 2nd / 3rd line support within a MacOS / Windows environment
- Experience working within an enterprise environment
- Ideally experience with Jamf Apple management software
- Any experience with AWS cloud, would be highly advantageous
