**Senior IT Support Engineer, O365, Windows**

My client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior IT Support Engineer to join their innovative team. The successful Senior IT Support Engineer will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of duties supporting national and internationaloperations, on everything from server & desktop to network support.

**Responsibilities for the successful Senior IT Support Engineer**

Within this role you will be joining a small in house team of technical staff. The successful Senior IT Support Engineer will provide 2nd line support across IT Infrastructure, undergoing activities such as: Group Policy administration, hardware and softwareresolution, general connectivity issues and similar.

**What’s Required?**

The successful Senior IT Support Engineer will be an all-rounder with a breadth of knowledge across the board. Specific skills and experience required in this role would involve:

- Strong experience of 2nd line IT support
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with non-technical members.
- A strong technical knowledge of Microsoft products, including Office 365 and Active Directory
- A good knowledge of a range of operating systems e.g. Windows, Linux and Mac.
- Knowledge of ITSM - preferably ITIL
- An understanding or experience of networking e.g. routing, switching and firewalls
