I am currently recruiting for a Head of PPC to join an inspirational agency based in London. This is a fully remote position paying between £50-£60k DOE plus benefits and company days. This agency was founded by 2 hard-working individuals who have builtthis company from the ground up to where they are now, and they are thriving They have a range of clients across different sectors and have no signs of slowing down

This role will be leading a team of 3 dedicated PPC managers, reporting directly into the owner of the company. Working closely with the marketing team around you, you will be responsible for lead generation, winning new client business, hands on PPC, deliveringthe results and then looking at the ROI. It is a full 360 position and requires someone who has a proven track record of results.

A big part of this role will be being the face of the business to the clients so requires someone with fresh and exciting ideas with a charismatic charm It would be ideal for someone who is currently a PPC Manager/Team Lead and looking to take that nextstep in their career, bonus points if you are already managing someone

You must be driven, dedicated, hungry to succeed and be an outside the box thinker. You will be confident in a client facing role, professional and have a real desire to want to be part of a growing agency. You will be entrepreneurial-minded, tech savvyand a hard worker This agency has a great culture about them and they want to add to that so if you love a good ethos then this is the role for you

Role responsibilities:

- Plan, create and execute PPC campaigns, tailoring specifics for each individual client
- Monitor, track and report on the PPC campaigns
- Build on existing relationships with current clients
- Lead generation and new business pitches
- Manage a team of 3 PPC Managers

The Head of PPC Manager requires the following experience:

- Strong background in PPC - 4+ years’ experience minimum
- Excellent understanding of all things PPC
- Proven track record of creating, launching, and reporting on PPC
- Confident in a client facing role and able to bring on new business
- Be proficient and confident in Google Analytics
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- important to be friendly and approachable both to your team and clients
- Confident in managing a team
- previous experience is a bonus but not essential
- Not afraid to work hard
