**About the Role**

The organisation’s agenda is to deliver an effective and timely training and development process, which will contribute to the delivery of an effective workforce and professional development and actively promote people development and the continuous improvementof people and service delivery across the RNN Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for all administration of the internal development of our workforce therefore strong administration and organisational skills are essential.You will arrange sessions to take place as part of our safeguarding and diversityand inclusion strategy to our employees.

A key duty within this role is to provide assistance with the organisation and co-ordination of staff development activities, including liaising with both internal colleagues and external organisations to ensure that events are planned and delivered effectively.

As part of the administration of training and development, you will book hotels and train tickets for employees in a timely manner, using the most cost-effective method. You will also send and record all evaluation of training and development, which willinclude provision of data on a regular basis.

You will also support the wider HR team as and when required.

**You will**

**You will have experience in working in a similar role or environment, being able to demonstrate strong administrative and communication skills at a wide variety of stakeholders.**

**You will have level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE English and Maths or higher) and ideally you will hold a level 2 business administration (or equivalent) and/or a level 2 IT skills qualification.**

Department Info

You will work alongside the OD/Training Officer whilst reporting to the HR Business Partner (OD & Recruitment) and work as part of the wider HR team.
