We are a **family-run business** with an amazing, dedicated team, and we’re looking for an **exceptional Supervisor** to join us Based just outside of Liverpool in Aughton, Ormskirk, our kennels, cattery, and doggy day nursery provide the highest level of care to pets and their families.

As Supervisor, you will work closely with the owners to ensure the smooth **day-to-day running of the business**, maintaining a professional, caring environment with outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and supporting a small team with a positive, “can do” attitude
- Feeding, exercising, cleaning, and enriching the animals in our care
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both pets and clients
- Managing social media updates and posts
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards are always met

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine **animal lover** with confidence in handling both cats and dogs (including large breeds and groups of dogs)
- A **natural leader** who can inspire and support a small team, leading by example
- Organised, calm under pressure, physically fit, and happy to work in all weathers
- Holds an **Animal Care Qualification** and/or relevant hands-on industry experience
- Strong **managerial, customer service, and reception skills** (experience in kennels, cattery, daycare, or grooming preferred)
- Full driving licence essential
- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas/New Year period
- Willingness to cover approx. 10 overnight stays per year

**Hours & Benefits**
- Approx. **35 hours per week**, with extra hours available during busy periods and to cover holidays
