**Role**:Commercial Coordinator (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

**Location**: Warrington, WA1 4RZ

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

**Salary**: Between £27,000 - £29,250 pa DOE

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in sales administration? We're looking for a proactive **Commercial Coordinator** to join our team in Warrington on a 12-month fixed-term contract

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue quotations and raise purchase orders.
- Analyse and invoice jobs.
- Process and manage sales orders.
- Generate KPI reports.
- Support external Sales Team.
- Ensure accurate sales documentation.
- Identify and report data trends.
- Collaborate with departments to improve processes.
- Proven experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Effective multitasking and analytical skills.
- Experience in Sales Office administration and CRM systems (desirable).
- Microsoft qualifications (desirable).

**Other Requirements**:

- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Ability to travel within the UK if needed.
