Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Catering & Hospitality Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering & Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering department, ensuring the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and experience in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you

**Duties**:

- Ensure all catering events are set up and executed according to client specifications
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- When not delivering hospitality around the site, you will be expected to help in all areas of the dining hall, serving, cleaning down

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Skills**:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of catering staff.
- Supervising: Experience in supervising kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders.
- Food Safety: Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Team Management: Strong ability to manage and coordinate a team of catering staff.

As this role is based in a school you will be contracted to 41.2 weeks of the year, there is opportunity to work additional hours in other nearby sites over the holidays, if you wanted.

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
