We have an exciting opportunity to become our new Hospitality Supervisor at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC2N 4BQ.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours a week. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. Some overtime will be required in order to cater for hospitality events in the evening and very occasional Saturdays. All ovetime will be paid at time or time-and-a-half.

We are looking for someone with experience as a Hospitality Supervisor that can inspire and motivate their team yet retain a hands-on approach to the operations. You will assist in heading up the team and build on successes to deliver the highest standards of food and customer service across the site.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Oversee day-to-day hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Deliver a wide range of hospitality experiences
  • Collaborate with chefs to create bespoke, innovative food offerings.
  • Maintain excellent organisation and presentation standards
  • Support staff development through training
  • Manage budgets and drive efficiency across operations.
