We are currently looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to help lead a team of 20 front of house in our Kensington store. This is a multi outlet food offer including hot bars, salad bars, grab & go and an instore dining area.**The Main Responsibilities of **Hospitality Supervisor **Kensington will be**:

- Training and **motivating **staff
- Organising and supervising the shifts of the hospitality staff
- To ensure the **highest** level of **customer care**
- To demonstrate a **can-do attitude** towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
- To acquire sound **product knowledge** to advise individual customers on their product choice
- Upholding & **exceeding food safety standards**
- Proven **experience** in a **supervisory** **role within a busy hospitality setting**
- Excellent **people skills**, able to motivate, lead and **develop** a team
- Have a **passion** for **food** and excellent customer service
- Sound **awareness** of health & safety and **food safety legislation**:

- Interpersonal and **organisational skills**
- Be able to address and **resolve** customer **complaints**
- An eye for detail
