We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor who thrives in corporate environments, is passionate about hospitality andis self-driven. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent attention to detail to be part of a friendly team as well as be a strong leader with previous management experience. You will be overseeing catering and leading staff in anything from small meetings,fine dining, Events and intimate receptions. You must also be able to meet and exceed client needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality service. Role Responsibility - As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be working as part of the team to help support the day-to-day hospitality and events, while ensuring a high service standard is provided to all clients and customers. - Lead team of staff while ensuring they maintain a very high level of service - To lead and provide the highest levels of client care and services to all internal employees, clients and partners. - Maintain updated knowledge of clients/ meeting rooms and special events. - Identify any client dietary requirements and ensure appropriate levels of support through prioritising tasks / delegating. * - Have proven track record as Hospitality Supervisor / Team Leader within the Contract Catering sector or 5* Hotel World. - You will be a team player with excellent standards of personal presentation and a "can do attitude". - Ability to multi-task, managing sometimes conflicting priorities in a calm, rational and efficient - Have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as being engaging - Demonstrate great attention to detail
