**Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating and implementing individual care plans
- Support residents with daily activities such as personal care and meals
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive residents to appointments or outings when required
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Maintain a clean and organised living environment within the clients home
**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:
- Be available for morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends (Flexibility is required)
- MUST hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable and responsive team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in home care or a similar setting is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour when dealing with residents
- Willingness to undergo necessary training and development opportunities

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £13.10 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
