**Basic salary**: £25,000 with OTE £50k+

And want to join a very well-established independent company with luxury products where their internal team does all the construction and installations?

**Position Overview**:
My client is on the lookout for a talented Sales Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement. As the face of their brand, you will be responsible for showcasing their bespoke kitchen and house design services to potential clients and nurturing relationships to ensure their visions become reality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and forge relationships with individuals seeking bespoke kitchen and house design solutions.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Develop a deep understanding of our bespoke kitchen and house design offerings, including materials, finishes, and customisation options.
- Collaborate closely with our design team to create captivating presentations, proposals, and visualizations using CAD software.
- Guide clients through the design process, offering expert advice and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and maximise profitability.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress towards sales targets and objectives.

**Key Requirements**:
If you have the following skills, experience, and personality, we’d love to hear from you:

- Construction design and sales (residential homes)
- High-end kitchen and bathroom design experience
- CAD Design skills (essential)
- Ability to work with and help customers with their investment of £50-200k in their home re-design project.
- Desire to earn well with a market leading commission structure.

**Benefits**:
Commission: Uncapped, the more you sell the more you earn

Holidays: 35 days (inc Bank Holidays).

Company car - at least 18 months service with us and have to prove their abilities.

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
