**Salary**: Upto £25,000 - dependant on experience
**Hours of work** 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who will be will be responsible for managing the full Sales Administration process whilst also working alongside the internal sales team with inter-company and customer enquiries including pricing and quotations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries
- Oandle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Research customer history, perform validity checks
- Set up new customer accounts
- Maintain customer databases
- Data cleanse and update customer information
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Communicate with external services ie carriers
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Engage in proactive sales activities and projects
- Maintain regular contact with external sales team partner
- Maintain a working knowledge of products, offers and services such as website & company literature
- Maintain an awareness of and uphold the companies ethos, culture and ethics.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous Sales Order Processing experience
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office-Experience of using an MRP system
